Adam Miquel Vidal

Adam Miquel is Director of Alternative Investments at Aurica Capital.
Previously, he worked as a Portfolio Manager at Vidacaixa and as an Auditor at Bové Montero y Asociados. He also founded the events management company Meeting Finance.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB) and (CBS). MSc in Financial Markets and MSc in Audit and Accountancy.

Borja Casanovas Doménech

Borja Casanovas is an Investment Director of Aurica Capital and board member of Grupo Larrumba and T2ó. Previously, he worked as M&A analyst at Riva y García Grupo Financiero and EY Auditor (Ernst & Young).
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and Executive Master in Financial Management from ESADE.

Daniel Soldevila Domènech

Daniel Soldevila is an Associate. He previously worked as an M&A Analyst at KPMG.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University and an Exchange Program in UCLA.

Martín Vargas Beato

Martín Vargas is an Investment Director at Aurica Capital and board member of GrupoBabel and SamyRoad.
Previously, he worked as a Structured Finance Analyst at CIMD Intermoney Group and Investment Banking at Banco Santander Chile.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management C.U.N.E.F. and an EMBA from IESE.

Pilar Gómez del Pulgar Bielsa

Pilar Gómez is our DPO and Head of the Regulatory Compliance Unit at Aurica Capital. Previously, she worked as Head of HR and Compliance at Egara Optiminn.
She has also served as Legal Services Assistant at BNP Paribas Investment Partners SGIIC S.A., Middle/Back Office Technician at Fortis Gesbeta SGIIC S.A., and Participant Management Technician at Gesbeta SGIIC S.A.
Administrative CFGS Technician, Master’s in Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Officer M2 from the European Institute of Business Studies, and a Postgraduate degree as an Executive Assistant from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Ricardo Velilla Flores

Ricardo Velilla is an Director of Investments at Aurica Search Funds. Previously, he worked as director of the Barcelona office at Norgesiton, a corporate finance firm. Previously, he founded and led Lomba Capital, one of the first European Search Funds.
He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE.

Alejandra Flaqué Pous

Alejandra Flaque is an Investment Analyst. Previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Encomenda Smart Capital. Degree in Business Administration from ESADE and Exchange Program at HKU.

Ferrán Alcacer Vilarmau

Ferran Alcàcer is an Investment Director and ESG Head of Aurica Capital, as well as Director of Agrosol Export.
Previously worked as Senior Analyst at EY (Ernst & Young), Investment Analyst at CS Corporate Advisors and Junior Analyst at Garrigues.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and MBA from ESADE and CEMS (HEC)

Helena Peláez Bueno

Helena Peláez is an Associate. She worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory and PwC Audit.
Graduate in Business Management from ESADE and postgraduate in Financial Management and Corporate Auditing from Pompeu Fabra University.

Pablo Pérez Caldaya

Pablo Pérez is an investment director of Aurica Capital and a board member of Delta Tecnic, Flex and Winche Redes Comerciales.
Previously, he worked as an investment analyst at Bansabadell Investment and as an auditor at BDO
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona,
Master's Degree in Real Estate Advisory and Consulting from the University of Barcelona and holds a postgraduate degree in alternative investments and hedge funds from the Instituto de Estudios Financieros (IEF).

Ramon Mas Sumalla

Ramón Mas is a Partner of Aurica Capital. He is currently a board member of Flex and Agrosol Export.
He has held general management positions in several companies such as Caprabo SA, Grupo Planeta, Mercabarna and Celbasa Ato.
Ramón holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from IESE Business School.
