Aurica III has taken a 40% stake in Winche Redes Comerciales, S.L., leader company within the commercial outsourcing sector.
Founded in 2002 by Javier Scherk and located in Barcelona, Winche is specialized in sales force outsourcing, and point of sale management. They offer a complete service based on the commercial modelling, staff selection, Project design, and point of sale execution. Their clients are, mainly, large firms among different sectors: Consumer goods, Pharmacy, Toys, Electronics, Restaurant and Hotels, and Drugstores. Currently they have operations in Spain and Portugal, and with plans to expand in to other countries.
With Aurica in the ownership, who will have two representatives in the Board of Directors, Winche expects to accelerate its growth, and to become the leader in this sector across South Europe.
Winche´s deal entails the fourth transaction for Aurica III. With this one, the fund has already deployed over 50% of its assets, totaling almost 200 million Eur.
