Aurica III has invested 30% stake in Grupo Larrumba, one of the most prestigious groups within the casual dinning sector.
Founded in 2013 in Madrid, Larrumba currently manages 22 restaurants located in premium locations around the Madrid area, and counts with over 600 employees. The Group is born with the vocation to offer something new and different to the client, prioritizing the perfect equilibrium between quality and price, and combining it with the most optimal locations, and powerful decoration, paying attention to every single detail.
Each restaurant counts with its own personality based on a different concept and gastronomic offer, along with an experienced and dedicated team to obtain the best customer´s experience. Among its brands stands up, Marieta, Habanera, Perrachica, PYT SAN, La Sabina, o Botania, as well as Rumbo Aravaca, a large space combining different concepts and brands.
The Group is controlled by three well-known entrepreneurs: Chiqui Calleja, Charlie Saiz and Fernando Nicolás. They, jointly with the top executives, have been the responsible ones to successfully manage all the restaurants of the Group.
According to Fernando and Charlie, the founders: “Our reason to choose a new partner has been based on two fundamental criteria: the new partner would have to share our company philosophy, and would have to support the Group´s growth.
